Health Information
The undersigned, certify that:
- 1. The consignment was inspected 72 hours prior to shipment.
- 2.The live fish came from an officially recognized country, zone, farm or establishment unaffected by the WOAH listed diseases. The live fish have been subjected to a health surveillance program according to the procedures as described in the "Diagnostic Manual for Aquatic Animal Diseases" from World Organisation for Animal Health (WOAH).
- 3.The consignment originated from WOAH listed diseases free zone. There is no any disease outbreak for a period of two years prior to export
- 4.The fish were sourced from approved farm and the populations were not associated with any significant diseases or pest within the previous six months.
- 5.The fish being held for 3days prior to export at the exporter premises and show no clinical signs of disease.
- 6.The fish are not being kept in same water with farm foodfish (fish farm for human consumption including recreational fishing) or koi carp.
- 7.Adequate safeguard are in place to maintain certified fish health status until export.
- 8.The transport container is clean and disinfected, or previously unused.
The fishes are free from all the relevant WOAH listed diseases of fishes as per the current WOAH Code.

- Box opening video to be made Video must be taken in one shot no cut or edited video will be accepted..
- In case of death on arrival. The video must be in our same package.. donot unpack the rubber bands.. we will make a video call to verify once..
- Incase death on arrival. NO REFUND will be given.. only replacement will be done and the shipping cost to be bared by customer.
Suggestions
Always good to introduce the fish in a separate aquarium.. to build his immunity back after a travel stress.
In case of any legal issue the matter will be in Bangalore courts.
Shipping / Delivery Policy
- 1) We guarantee live on arrival. In case of mortality, we claim and replace the fish for free in the same price but, shipping will be chargeable. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest
- 2) Once we receive your order on live fishes, we may take 5-6 working days to deliver the product.
- 3) Any special request for delivery of fishes on weekends may vary on duration.
- 4)All live fishes will be shipped through railway or road transport. In case of flight transport charges applicable as per AWB.
- 5) Once you receive the fish please make sure you record a Box opening video without pausing or editing the video. (single shot video).

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation requests will be considered only if the product is not dispatched. Once the order is shipped, customer cannot cancel the order.
- If the customer has placed an order through Online Payment and cancels the order, then we will process for a refund within 7 working days.
Return / Refund Policy
- A refund will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing an order.
- In case of fish death we may make a video call to confirm the same and ask them to courier back the certificates or other relevant documents to our office location in Bangalore. Any queries contact 9738276569.
NOTE: If you have done an online payment and you are canceling the order, the payment gateway charge 3% and courier charge (Forward + Return ) will be deducted from your refund amount. If you have ordered and product is in transit (shipped) we will charge 3% and courier charge (Forward + Return) from you.
